RETURNS


All returns need to be ‘as new’ this means unmarked and in the original packaging as it arrived to you with all tags intact. If you return an item that is not ‘as new’ we reserve the right to offer a partial refund. In some cases, postage refunds will not be offered. 

Simply return your items with a note of your order number and name/address to the following address but we suggest you contact us first to guide you through the process -

Please note if you do not include a note your refund may be delayed.

Refunds are processed ASAP but paypal often take about 10 days to deposit it back into your account.

FAQs 


I missed the delivery, forgot to pick it up or reschedule delivery and now Royal Mail have sent it back.

We're happy to either re-send it or refund you (minus the postage fee). Please be aware that it can take up to a month for undelivered items to be returned to the sender.
